PACIFIC PREMIER BANK

In 2021, I joined Pacific Premier Bank as Chief Marketing Officer for the Bank, Pacific Premier Trust, and Commerce Escrow. Reporting to the President and Chief Operating Officer, I lead the marketing, communication, new customer procurement, and digital relationship management efforts for the publicly-held enterprise.

SVP, Director of Integrated Marketing

MECHANICS BANK

In 2019, Rabobank announced a merger with Mechanics Bank. I helped lead the marketing & communication integration work and define the target operating model for the larger organization. I was asked to stay and lead through three rounds of layoffs to help build the new organization.

2013 - 2018

Interim VP & Consultant

GOLDEN 1 CREDIT UNION & RABOBANK, N.A.  

Led the marketing that helped increase assets from $7B to $13B, net income from $69M to$91M, members served from 700k to 1M, and the highest-ever brand health metrics. Critical in expanding the charter to all of California, employee comms, incident response, Golden 1 Center, team infrastructure, and two new ad campaigns.
