Hello. I'm Vickie.
Every business deserves to shoot their shot for greatness—regardless of industry, size, or maturity.
The hardest and most important work? Cutting through noise for strategic clarity. That requires collaboration (your ego will steer you off a cliff otherwise) and working with people who just get it.
Marketing is the most misunderstood function in business. It shouldn't be mysterious, complicated, or unduly expensive.
I believe in substance over sizzle—and in teams that run efficiently, predictably, and own business outcomes.
My approach: Dive in with stakeholders. Listen to learn, not respond. Build repeatable systems that strengthen infrastructure and align culture. Get everyone to a decision quickly while maintaining momentum. Then relentlessly execute.
I've learned the power of a team far exceeds what I can do alone. Wins are sweeter when shared. Every employee deserves to be inspired.
